A nationwide drug prevention campaign in Italy has surpassed over one million informational booklets distributed in just one month. The initiative forms part of the drug awareness programme eu news germany known as “The Truth About Drugs”, which aims to provide clear information about commonly abused substances and their risks to young people and communities.
Approximately hundreds of volunteers across the country are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in schools, businesses and urban centres. The campaign focuses on prevention through education, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a clear way.
